A COMPLETE DAILY RHYTHM:
First Light (morning devotion) offers Scripture, reflection, and a short prayer to begin the day in faith and love.
Day’s End (evening devotion) offers Scripture, reflection, an examen-style review of the day, and a closing prayer, entrusting your life to God’s mercy and rest.
The goal is simple consistency, a few unhurried minutes at dawn and dusk, repeated day after day.
CALENDAR-SHAPED PRAYER:
Sacred Hours follows the seasons and holy days of the Church year so daily devotion is formed by holy time rather than generic themes. Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and the long stretch of ordinary days each carry their own spiritual tone, and the app is designed to help you notice that tone and walk with Christ through it.
DEVOTIONS THAT SOUND LIKE HOME:
