Accuracy and app performance

I’ve used this for a few months now. Bought a lifetime subscription and I haven’t been able to use the app in the last week. When I upload a picture it freezes the app. Additionally, I don’t feel the accuracy is great. I know the species of a lot of my wood is and it often doesn’t recognize it properly. I do regret my purchase.
