I loved this app up until.. today. Videos are all of a sudden saying they’re going to take hours to edit.. 11 second PHONE videos. They never end up finishing. I get no credit refunds. Then i updated the app and lost all of the credits i did have and PAID FOR. Fix this issue, you’re scamming me

Absolutely ridiculous! There is NO free trial offered. It charged me immediately upon clicking the subscription button, and then they refused the refund request.I used this app to process my videos, and the results were terrible. The file size increased significantly, but there was virtually no improvement in the video quality or frame rate. A complete waste of money and time. Do not recommend.

My friend recommended Topaz Labs, and that’s what I thought I was getting when I downloaded this. I paid the subscription and was so disappointed in the results. It does nothing to enhance the photos, and is a waste of your money. Tricking you by using “Topaz”. I should have paid closer attention to the developer of the app. I wish I could get my money back.

I am not sure how this app has 4+ star rating. This is a horrible app to enhance videos. I used it for 1 video and it did nothing. Basically what it did do I could have done it myself using the iPhone features on the edit section. Not worth it at all! This is garbage. Waste of $$ too. Don’t bother! Look for another app.
