Các tính năng chính: 1. Danh sách case: + Kỹ thuật có thể xem các case được điều phối cho mình, cập nhật trạng thái của case khi thực hiện. + Xem các thông tin chi tiết về khách hàng, vị trí, nội dung lắp đặt, sửa chữa của case. + Tạo yêu cầu bổ sung chi phí các case cần thiết. 2. Lịch nghỉ phép: + Thêm mới, điều chỉnh lịch nghỉ phép, lịch tăng ca của bản thân. 3. Báo cáo: + Xem lại các case đã hoàn thành theo từng tháng. + Quản lý các yêu cầu được tạo trong, ngoài case theo các trạng thái có sẵn. =============================== Vietmap SC is an application specifically designed for VietMap's Technical Team, created to help VietMap's technical installation department proactively perform their work, manage time, and support their tasks. Case List: + Technicians can view assigned cases and update their status as they work. + View detailed information about the customer, location, installation and repair details of each case. + Create requests for additional costs for necessary cases. 2. Leave Schedule: + Add new or adjust your own leave and overtime schedules. 3. Reports: + Review completed cases by month. + Manage requests created within and outside of cases according to available statuses.
