Smarter Recovery Plans
Your recovery plans now truly adapt to your answers! The system analyzes your
questionnaire responses to customize steps based on your actual condition - adding
emergency measures when needed and adjusting step durations.
Step Timers
New timer feature for recovery steps! Tap "Start Timer" on any step to begin a
countdown. Get haptic feedback when complete, and the step auto-marks as done.
Data Export
Export all your data anytime! Go to Settings → Export Data to save your:
- Recovery history & incidents
- Wellbeing tracking entries
- Goals & progress
Available in JSON, CSV, or TXT format.
