1.Added the Legendary Titan: Iron Peaks
2.Added the Pilot: Raeyue Monte
3.Balance adjustments related to Chaos War:
3.1. Optimized the proportion of city defense points deducted for the winning side in battle settlements.
3.2. Increased the cooldown of the Giant Cannon skill to 6 hours.
3.3. Increased the damage of the Nuclear Missile skill to 2000 city defense points.
3.4. Increased players' initial city defense points to 4000.
3.5. Increased the number of battles required to trigger the fatigue debuff to 30.
3.6. Optimized rewards for rank and ranking settlements, as well as the quantity of items in the exchange store.
4.Increased the health multiplier for Resource War and Chaos War to 50x.
5.Optimized the Quick Challenge feature in Titan Brawl.
6.Fixed a number of known bugs.
