This is the Young Minds App for children – designed to be installed on your child’s iPhone or iPad. It works hand-in-hand with the Parent App to help guide your child towards digital independence through learning, motivation, and trust.

Parents have the option to block uncategorised websites for added protection against unverified or potentially unsafe content.

Location tracking allows parents to see where their child is, helping keep them safe at home, school, and on the move.

1. Download the Young Minds - Parental Control App on your device.
2. Download the Young Minds Kids App on each child’s device you want to protect.

Important Note:
- The Young Minds Kids App will request installation of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile on iOS devices. This profile enables essential parental control features such as web filtering, safe browsing, and preventing the uninstallation of the Young Minds Kids App.
- Parents are always in control and can remove the MDM profile and associated settings at any time from the device settings.
- The Young Minds Kids App also uses a VPN service to filter and monitor web activity on the child’s device. This feature enables website blocking and safe browsing to protect children online.
- All data routed through the VPN is encrypted and used solely for online safety purposes. This information is only displayed to parents within the Young Minds Parent App and is never shared, or transferred to any third party, in full compliance with App Store policies.
- The Young Minds Kids App uses location services, including when the app isn’t open, to share the child’s location with the parent. Location access can be turned off at any time in your device settings.
