This isn’t about productivity hacks or deadlines.
It’s about recognizing: Where did my time go? Am I giving enough to what truly matters?
How it works
• Choose or create an activity (work, reading, family, exercise, rest…).
• Start a timer when you begin. Pause or stop it when you’re done.
• Each timer becomes a reflection of where your focus went.
• Check your history or charts, see where your time is going
