Freeze a lot and don't save progress

I've played up to maybe 8 games the first time it froze. I reinstalled the game and had to start over from the beginning. This is the second time the game has frozen and I've played 12 games. Also, I find it ironic that this game always says “ Bugs improved or fixed “ but it really isn't.
