It won’t let me advance.

I’ve tried re-downloading the app multiple times, but it won’t let me advance in the workout. It will show up on screen but not during, I’m forever stuck at beginners I guess. Plus the calorie tracking is off by a lot sometimes. Other than that it’s an okay app.
