I must confess, in the beginning, August is painful to have. Not because of the tech, but because of what it reveals - what it exposes! Before August we guessed what was being said. We wondered and hoped the team was using the approaches they were taught. In truth, we were blind leading the blind. At best, without August, you are delusionally optimistic about how conversations are going. Now, we know (exactly know) what our people are saying to prospects and clients! We use August for prospect calls, sales opportunities, HR conversations, in-bound phone calls, strategy meetings, etc! The use-cases are almost endless! Think about it: in what situations would knowing the truth be valuable? Exactly! In the future, with the continued improvements on the app, and the upgraded features, we are confident August is an essential part of our growth and team development!
