If these few problems were fixed, I would rate it five stars. Here are the few issues I have with the app: I am unable to view the live video in full screen. It appears for just a second and then goes back to the preview. The same thing happens when I go to view videos that have been taken of birds showing up to the feeder. A similar thing happens when I go to download a video it pops up for a second and then stops. The last thing that’s annoying is that when I’m in the camera settings it always gives the option to update it, but the firmware is already up-to-date, but it asks every single time continuously.

I’ve had this camera birdfeeder for just a few days. I absolutely love the camera and the photo quality and video quality are great. The problem that I have is the app itself. Any videos that I get I cannot share. I cannot upload. I cannot move to a bird folder. It always says upload failed. I have updated the app. I have reset the camera. I have done everything I have tried to contact customer support. They are nonexistent. this would be a wonderful whole system and worth every penny if the app was fully functional but as of right now it’s not it’s trash.

Camera does not send notifications when a bird comes nor does it record or save any video unless prompted. The only way I have been able to see the birds is by viewing it live and hoping some show up. Cannot get in touch with support, and as others have said an “update firmware” pops up every few seconds despite the app saying it’s up to date

The developer is continuing to make progress on this app, and the bird feeder is now functional. I am notified of events when a bird is feeding, and can open the app and record the activity. This video is then stored in my photo album. The app also automatically makes recordings of events, and these can be viewed, but the upload function on the app is not yet working.
