Kurs Mod Fremtiden er et samarbejdsbaseret læringsspil, hvor elever udforsker Danmarks maritime verden og opdager, hvordan deres egne styrker kan bruges i fremtidens uddannelser og job. Spillet er udviklet til undervisning og spilles i grupper. Eleverne træffer valg, løser missioner og reflekterer sammen, uden rigtige eller forkerte svar. Eleverne starter med at skabe deres egen avatar gennem små valg om interesser og kompetencer. Herefter arbejder de i grupper med realistiske maritime missioner, der handler om blandt andet grøn omstilling, teknologi, sikkerhed, innovation og samarbejde. Hver mission kræver, at gruppen kombinerer deres færdigheder og diskuterer, hvordan de bedst løser opgaven. Resultatet afhænger af samarbejde, overblik og fælles beslutninger – ikke af individuelle præstationer. Spillet giver eleverne mulighed for at: - blive klogere på egne styrker og interesser - samarbejde om komplekse problemstillinger - få indblik i maritime uddannelser og karriereveje - arbejde med grøn omstilling og fremtidens teknologi - reflektere over valg uden at blive bedømt Kurs Mod Fremtiden er primært designet til udskoling og erhvervsuddannelser og egner sig særligt godt til fælles spil i undervisningen. Spillet handler ikke om at vinde alene, men om at finde den rigtige kurs sammen.
