Build your fittest self from home with a workout plan designed just for you, not for everyone. This app works like a personal trainer in your pocket: it creates a fully personalized home workout program based on your body, your goals and your daily routine.
You simply enter your gender, age, height, weight and target weight, choose your main goal (losing weight, getting fit, building muscle, toning up, etc.), select the body areas you want to focus on, and tell the app what equipment you have at home. You can also add any injuries or pain (like knee or back issues), pick which days you want to work out, how long you can train each day, and your current fitness level.
Based on this, the app builds a smart, long-term workout plan that’s easy to follow at home. Your plan is split into daily workouts with video-guided exercises, so you always know exactly what to do. As you stay consistent, you unlock achievements, build streaks and see your progress step by step.
