I’ve been using Cico for about a week and it’s been fantastic. Apple Health integration is seamless, so my workouts and weight sync automatically without any extra effort. Calorie tracking is impressively accurate, even with simple entries like protein and creatine, it consistently matches label values. The barcode scan works great, and favoriting meals makes daily logging super fast. Overall, it’s clean, intuitive, and removes a ton of friction from tracking. Highly recommend if you want something accurate and effortless.

Im usually against calorie counters bc they always feel tedious and kinda annoying. Cico made it feel motivating instead. Im actually excited to track my my meals which is kinda wild I’m trying to eat more not less, and it doesn’t feel restrictive. I love being in the greeen! The design is really nice and simple, and the app is super easy to use. Logging is quick, nothing feels hidden, and I don’t have to think too hard about it.Highly recommend

I am a 50+ female and I've been using cico since mid February and I have to say that it is extremely user friendly! In the beginning I was not totally honest with my inputting of calories in but as I continued to use the app I became motivated to be honest and make better dietary choices. I now weigh my food and have stepped up my daily exercise program! Today I weighed in at my lowest weight in 8 years! I am totally hooked!
