Some bug fixes and performance improvements

This is a major release containing a number of new features and bug fixes. The major change is adding offline capability, allowing users to submit records with no internet connection and syncing when connection is back.

In this release we enhanced the work permit signoff flow and added the ability to copy closed permits saving you time recreating permits for repetitive tasks.

In this Release, field operators, shift supervisors and plant managers are able to receive push notifications to sign and approve work permits right from their phones.
