Potential with minor bugs

I’ve been looking for a game exactly like this, and I love that I can take on multiple roles such as cashier, waitress, stocker, and cleaner. My main suggestion would be to address some of the bugs. For example, the lemonade machine occasionally won’t dispense, and sometimes I’m unable to throw Coca-Cola boxes or misplaced items into the trash.I’d also love to see more levels added over time, along with additional recipes. It would be great if there were ways to hire staff permanently without relying on in-app purchases. Perhaps by earning diamonds or another in-game currency. Features like visiting neighbors’ restaurants or having multiple restaurant types to choose from would also be really fun.Overall, the gameplay reminds me a bit of One-Armed Cook on PC, but I really appreciate that this game is more casual and not heavily timed. The idea of having different restaurant options especially stands out as something I’d love to see expanded.

Love the game but now the lemonade machine won’t work and the customers are still waiting. I can’t close the store. This would be a really good game if there wasn’t 15 freaking ads every 10 minutes. I don’t really care to pay nine dollars to have no ads. I don’t mind the ads what I do mine is the fact that there’s 15 for every 10 minutes. You can barely play the game without getting an ad and then when you actually start playing the game, you’re interrupted by another ad. This game would genuinely be such a good game and I enjoy playing the game. You know when I can actually play it instead of getting interrupted by an ad. I’m sorry, but the amount of ads in this game genuinely make me so mad.

I requested a refund because after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, my previous purchases did not restore. This was unexpected, especially since purchase restoration is a basic feature for paid content. I reached out for support, but the issue wasn’t resolved and the refund request was denied. Overall, the experience was disappointing, not because of the app itself, but due to the lack of support and clarity around purchases. I hope this is improved so users don’t lose access to what they’ve already paid for.
