I have downloaded four different apps that have the scene Casino game that this game offers and guess what well today I realize one of them the email was not registered yet because I didn’t get my redemption because I didn’t need to get anything out even though they accepted money from me, I was using login as a guest well it logged in as a guest, but it reset itself so I contacted the support system and I let them know that I haven’t registered that player ID for that particular app just this app and they said oh well you’re registered on the game already with another email and I said no I’m registered on another app with another email which is not connected to this app which means that I shouldn’t have been banned because I don’t have multiple accounts of the same game app I have multiple apps that have the same game on it now there’s nothing that says you’re not allowed to have the same program in multiple different apps now it’s not my fault that this company and the other companies are licensing the same casino app on multiple different apps there’s nothing legally that they can do to ban me because I have registered on the other games with an email and a different player ID I’m allowed to download multiple different apps. There’s nothing that ties one app to the other but yet because I asked for their help today and because I accidentally typed in my login for my other game they saw it as if I am actually doing multiple accounts on their system and banned me which I really would love to take them to court because in reality all I wanted was them to register the player ID with the email because I had rewards and I had put money in and I showed them proof of the money. I showed them proof that I had multiple different apps with the same game, but that does not mean because I downloaded different apps that that I’m trying to manipulate their system for a hit fortune when I downloaded a game called wild spades that has the same casino app now, I am being banned on hit fortune because of that!
