I absolutely love this app!!! I’m usually so overwhelmed with my day-to-day and find it hard to make time to build and maintain good habits, but this app does such a good job of breaking habits down and making it fun! I’m no longer making excuses to skip workouts or struggling to keep track of the water I’ve drank. The interface is gorgeous and very intuitive, and it’s clearly designed with users in mind. The developer also has a discord community so I feel supported and motivated by others. I really can’t recommend this app enough. It has something to offer everyone, no matter who they are.
