Induce lucidity with precision: Use Targeted Lucidity Reactivation (TLR) audio playlists to play custom tracks in the early morning hours, helping prime your mind for a lucid state.
Deep dive with Guided Senses Induction: three cycles of sight, hearing & touch instructions followed by a configurable delay and audio-cue interval to carry you into dream-state awareness.
Prospective Memory Trainer: receive a list of targets each morning, commit them to memory, then when you spot one, snap a photo and perform a reality check (“Am I dreaming?”) to build the muscle of awareness.
FILD (Finger Induced Lucid Dream) mode: return to bed after 4 hours, keep one finger active during the drift-off phase, and trigger audio cues when the app detects sleep onset (NREM1) to help flip into lucidity.
Dream incubation & intention setting: play audio tracks with your target phrases, then fall asleep with intention. Works in tandem with detected sleep onset or manual schedule.
Build awareness & reflection: a built-in mindfulness module guides you through breath, sound, and body-sensing exercises to enhance metacognitive awareness, both waking and dreaming.
