Why do I have to purchase a new card to be able to use this app? I have two cards already, both with money on them… why wasn’t our breeze card info just transferred to the new app…

1. The App is hard to use, I am not sure if you are supposed to buy a new card to start using the app or what, there is simply not enough information as to how to start using it2. It’s hard to understand why they are already phasing out the previous app when the new fare gates aren’t ready yet, it seems like this app is in development more than ready to be used. 3. What is up with the logo, seriously? It’s just an orange background.You have to do better!

Does no one review these apps before releasing them? The UI is completely impenetrable. The only clue is that you apparently absolutely have to link an existing card before you can use the app. What if you don’t have an existing card? Let’s check “more information” link! It tells you about cards, nothing about the app, and it doesn’t answer this most obvious of questions.

As I was trying to add money to the old app it wouldn’t let me. There are flyers everywhere saying that changes would be made late April but now I can’t use either app. When I found out about the new app, it only allows transferring of funds if you had a breeze card. On top of that it only gives the option to buy a new breeze card and not just adding funds
