The map doesn’t work. The search doesn’t work. If you do select a place to see it on the map, it’ll show you something else completely unrelated and random. With the “concierge” chat and restaurant reservations chat, you’re lucky if you get a response within two days. A middle schooler could build something better than this app.

I was able to login and use the app for two days. After that it kicked me off and upon trying to login, it just gave "Failed to Login" every time for the next three weeks. Yes I tried all the recommended fixes. Nothing worked. Ended up being useless except to view menus.

Old Apple worked great mapping and giving you directions. Plus could easily see which restaurants were open for which meals and activities were easy to find in the old app. The new Vidanta world app is worthless!!

This app is horrible. It’s not intuitive, and we were looking for something simple, like free aqua aerobics classes, and they said it’s on there but it’s not. Doesn’t provide needed information: the old one was better.
