Introducing Rep Battles - challenge friends head to head:

- React live with battle chat emotes while a battle is active.
- Rematch the most recent battle in one tap to settle the score.

Bug fixes for performance stability.
New onboarding experience, with personalized plans.

Metrics charts that are actually easy to understand:
The Progress Trend chart now shows two layers - faint bars for your raw daily numbers and a bold line for your 7-day rolling average. The rolling average smooths out single-day spikes so you can see your true direction at a glance. A small legend at the top explains both. The Daily Summary chart shows each day's totals as clean, evenly-spaced bars with no overlapping labels.
Workout completion screen refresh:
The screen you see after finishing a workout has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and clearer visual hierarchy. Form score, reps, and duration are easier to read. The Form Analysis sheet opens more smoothly.
UI polish and performance fixes:
Smoother transitions across the welcome screen, onboarding, and workout views. Liquid-glass cards updated throughout for a more consistent look. Several background reliability improvements.

Train on your device, no account needed:
On the sign-in screen, tap Continue without signing in to jump straight into workouts. AI rep counting, live form feedback, and progress on your phone stay available without Sign in with Apple or a subscription. Sign in when you want cloud sync, Progress Insights, reminders, or Premium.
Choose a Premium plan that fits you:
After you sign in with Apple, Weekly, Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime are all in one place. Monthly and Annual include a short free trial - try those Premium extras before you are charged. Weekly renews each week with no trial. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Easier upgrade when you skip sign-in:
If you stay local-only and tap something that needs Premium, you get a clear screen that explains what Premium adds and how to sign in. Tap Back anytime and keep training - signing in stays optional.
Welcome carousel and small fixes:
The first-run carousel walks you through what the app does. The sign-in screen layout fits smaller iPhones better so terms, privacy, and account options stay easy to read and tap. Reliability and quality fixes throughout.

New workout - Calf Raises:
Track your calf raises in real time. Keep your phone on the ground, chair, table, ledge, or tripod. Make sure you are fully visible in the front camera. Position yourself from side-view (not front facing the camera), and wait for the countdown to begin. Stand with your heels on the floor, and rise up on your toes past the yellow line to count a rep. The live ROM bar shows exactly how high you are rising each rep so you can push for full range every time. Form is scored per rep based on how high you actually rise - aim for the green zone.
(Many more workouts in the roadmap, stay tuned!)
See the math behind every rep:
After each workout when you "SAVE" that workout (Saving the workout after any session is important for the Form analysis card to be displayed for that workout session on the Dashboard), open Form Analysis to see how every single rep was graded. Each rep card now shows your actual measured value alongside the target (for example "9.2 / 10%" for calf raises, or "82 degrees / 90 degrees" for squats, etc..). A formula note below the grid explains exactly what the AI measured and how it turned that into your score - no more mystery grades.
Smarter ROM bar across all workouts:
The live range-of-motion bar (the moving orb on the side of the screen) now disappears the moment you step out of frame during any workout - Push-Ups, Squats, Lunges, Bicep Curls, Front Raises, Lateral Raises, Jumping Jacks, Hip Abduction, Pull Ups, and Overhead Press. Previously the orb could freeze mid-screen when you stepped away. It reappears as soon as you step back in and the countdown completes, so the bar always reflects what is actually happening.
Bug fixes and reliability improvements.
