Cannot even log in. After going through the “registration” process for an account I should already have from the old app, nothing happens after you enter email/password and click sign in. Just sits there on that same page with no update as to what may (or may not) be happening.Edit: now able to log into account, but “system experiencing technical issues and cannot process refill”. What’s the point, honestly? Do I just need to go back to calling my refills in over the phone? Switch to a different pharmacy? Honestly, what is the point of this non-functional app?!

I had no idea there was a change over in apps and couldn’t figure out why I could not sign into my account then I find this new app with all these one star reviews complaining about how they can’t access their account and I got the same issue about not recognizing my email. Come to find out you had to recreate an account once I did that I finally got in. I’m giving three stars because it could’ve been better explained and pre-warned us so that we were better prepared in the changeover.

TL;DR: This app replacement should not have shipped. Core functionality regressed, access paths were broken, and it shows clear signs of a rushed, under-tested release in a system people rely on for medication.This rollout failed at multiple levels.Around Christmas, a new pharmacy app was launched and promoted in-store using QR codes that did not work. At the same time, the existing app was removed from the App Store, and links from the grocery shopping app pointing to the pharmacy app were broken. That meant there was a window where users effectively had no reliable way to access the pharmacy digitally at all. That is the kind of thing that usually blocks a release on day one.Once the app was finally downloadable, the problems continued. Visually, it looks newer. Functionally, it feels incomplete. Several basic flows behave like they were never exercised end-to-end outside of a happy-path demo.Login is a clear example. Credentials and biometrics are accepted, but the Sign In button frequently does nothing. No error, no state change, no recovery. Prescription refills, which should be the most stable and heavily tested path in the app, are inconsistent. Family member management includes placeholder-style visuals and mismatched UI elements that look like they were meant to be temporary and never revisited.What stands out most is that these are regressions. The previous app handled these basics. This release did not add meaningful capability while actively breaking things users already depended on. That usually points to schedule pressure overriding readiness, or a lack of real-world validation before shipping.This isn’t a cosmetic app or a loyalty feature. It’s a pharmacy. Reliability and predictability matter more than a refreshed UI. When a rollout like this slips through, it raises uncomfortable questions about testing rigor, release gating, and how production readiness is assessed in the first place.After living with this for weeks, the takeaway is simple: this app is currently a liability rather than a convenience, and it makes using a more established pharmacy feel like the safer option.

The old app was so much better than this new one. It takes several time before it even lets me into my account. I can’t see what is ready for pick up anymore, I have to call every time to see if my refills are ready & I can’t tell how much my prescriptions are either. I’ve tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling it but it still takes several tries to open the app. Can these issues please be looked into please.
