After entering my payment info twice to set up auto payments, system still won’t charge me. The explanation is “we’re still getting things set up”. Now I have to monitor whether my premium is paid and will likely have to manually make payments monthly because of non- functioning features. Took forever to figure out where to find my outstanding balance. Should be in the dashboard.
Missing Billing Information

The app has good features for pharmacy, deductible etc. But there is a glaring miss which is that there is no billing/payment information at all in the app. Only a feature to arrange a payment. Nothing on payment history or current payment status or payment due date. I’ve used other insurance apps and all have the billing features. I am very surprised that this app doesn’t have any of these. Forces a call into the help line just to know basic payment status and history information.

I really don’t understand the other reviewers. I downloaded the app and have been using it and it is so user-friendly. It is one of the best medical apps I have ever used. I would seriously stay with my medical plan just so I could use this app. Thank you for making an app user-friendly for us old generation, pencil and paper generation.
Paying for fraud

I notified myHealthSpring that they had paid a fraudulent claim from Texas Clinical Labs in San Antonio. They never did anything about it. Now, my wife’s account has received notice that myHealthSpring has paid a fraudulent claim from Texas Clinical labs, also, for services she never requested or received, either. I contracted myHealthSpring and notified them, but they did nothing except pay the next fraudulent claim. This only increases all of our medical premiums.
