Over time, Awareness Now helps you see patterns: • When you tend to focus • When you get distracted • Which times or days feel harder or easier There are no streaks, no scores, and no pressure to be productive. The app isn’t here to optimize you — it’s here to help you notice. How it works • Receive gentle, randomized check-ins during the times you choose • Respond with one tap — deep focus, light work, distracted, resting, or more • Optionally add a short note, only if you want • View calm summaries and patterns over time Awareness Now is intentionally minimal. • No constant app usage • No reminders telling you what to do • No productivity guilt The free experience is complete and respectful on its own.
