Pear.Us Venue is a staff-operated app for event organizers and authorized venue staff to manage entry and on-site sales at live events.
With Pear.Us Venue, staff can:
• Access events securely using staff access codes
• Scan tickets and check in guests at the door
• Sell tickets or event items on site using supported in-person payment methods, including Tap to Pay on iPhone
• View essential event and order details needed for day-of operations
Pear.Us acts as the merchant of record for all transactions processed through the app. Payments are processed through Stripe, including Tap to Pay on iPhone, where supported.
The app is designed for operational use during live events. Staff access is provisioned by event organizers through the Pear.Us website and is limited to authorized personnel.
Pear.Us Venue is not intended for personal or consumer use. End customers do not create accounts or log in to the app.
