My Health — Track your personal wellness with daily journaling prompts, and complete Discovery365 sessions directly within the app to monitor your progress over time.

The Alumni and Family Support App is available to patients discharged from Discovery Behavioral Health facilities and their invited support network. You'll receive an invitation to join your community from your facility.
