Signing in just got easier: the app can now save your login with your device's password manager, so you won't have to retype your email and password every time.

Fixed an issue where photos and answers could be lost from Work Orders and Inspections if you got a call or left the app open for a while. The audit list now remembers your tab, filters, and list/map view after you reload the app or come back to it. Fixed: Tapping back while viewing an audit now correctly returns you to the audit list instead of unexpectedly exiting the screen.

Fixed an issue where field workers assigned to specific sites could see checklists for sites that weren't theirs. When adding photos to a quality inspection, you can now tag them as High deviation, Low deviation, or Reported issue, and add a note describing what the photo shows. Fixed an issue where an in-progress quality inspection could be lost if you got a call, your screen locked, or you switched apps — your answers, photos, and notes are now saved automatically as you go. Fixed an issue where checklists using Pass/Fail or percentage scoring didn't automatically create a work order when an item failed. Fixed an issue where checklists didn't require a comment when an item failed, even when that setting was turned on. Added an option to require a photo when a checklist item fails.

Fixed an issue where reminders and inspection alerts weren't showing up as notifications on your phone. Fixed an issue where field workers with restricted site access could see and select every site in Quick Reports, not just the ones assigned to them.

Added the room number to workorders

Fixed an iPhone NFC scanning issue in the Quality tab. If you close the NFC scan window before scanning, you can now tap Scan again and start a new scan normally.

Completion photos in mobile work orders are now reliably retained after closing. Checklist note/observation capture is restored and persisted in completion records. Photo upload progress feedback is now visible during processing/saving. Re-selecting completed checklist items with existing photos no longer forces unnecessary retakes. Checklist completion indicators are simplified for a cleaner mobile UX.
