Highlights of this update • Fixed the problem of repeated reminders after giving up training Now when you give up training or close the app, notifications related to training and rest will be stopped correctly. There will no longer be the situation of "you have given up but you are still reminded", making the training experience more secure. • New hover rest timer The rest timing view is upgraded to a floatable circular floating window, which is always displayed on the top of the global screen and can be freely dragged to a position with a projection effect. Click on the floating timer to open the control window, where you can: • Adjust break reminder duration • Pause/resume break timer • Turn recurring reminders on or off • Edit and save plans during training During the training process, you can now directly edit the training plan, save it and continue the current training seamlessly without interrupting the process. • Added "minimize suspension" mode to the training page Click on the upper left corner during training and now three options are available: • Give up training • Save progress and abandon • Minimize hover (new) When minimized, the training will remain in the global interface as a suspended ball. You can click on the floating ball at any time to return to the training page, or you can long press and drag to adjust the position of the floating ball. • Stats completion: added leg training The part distribution and weight distribution in the monthly statistics and data statistics page on the homepage have been supplemented with the statistical display of leg training, making the data more complete and accurate.
