WHAT ARE STRANGE ATTRACTORS?
Chaotic systems are deterministic — governed by precise mathematical equations — yet practically unpredictable. The tiniest difference in starting conditions leads to wildly different outcomes. Strange attractors are the shapes these systems trace over time: infinite trajectories that never repeat exactly, yet stay bound within a beautiful, complex form.
TRUE 3D EXPLORATION
Each attractor is rendered as a living point cloud in three dimensions. Drag to orbit around it. Pinch to dive deeper. Tilt your device and watch the parallax shift — the attractor responds to your movement in space. The depth-of-field effect draws your eye to the focal point while distant particles blur softly.
NINE STRANGE ATTRACTORS
Each attractor represents a different dynamical system discovered by mathematicians and scientists: Lorenz, Rössler, Aizawa, Burke-Shaw, Halvorsen, Chen, Nose-Hoover, Sprott B, and Dadras.
