This is one of the biggest updates to LekeeLekee yet. We’re introducing Groups, Pages, new appearance settings, video uploads, and a wide range of improvements and fixes to make the app more powerful and easier to use. Groups You can now create and join Groups to build communities around shared interests. • Create public or private groups • Discover and join groups across the platform • Post directly inside group feeds • Filter group posts (All Posts / General) • Manage members with roles (Owner, Admin, Moderator, Member) • Configure posting permissions and membership approvals • Accept or decline group invitations • Control notification preferences for posts, comments, mentions, events, and chat Groups include their own cover image, avatar, member count, and description, and can be accessed from the sidebar menu. Pages Creators, businesses, and organisations can now create Pages with their own identity. Pages allow you to interact on LekeeLekee using a separate profile from your personal account. With Pages you can: • Create Creator or Business pages • Add bio, category, location, website, and contact details • Switch between your personal profile and page identity • Add team members and assign Admin or Editor roles • Remove members or delete pages when needed Pages are accessible from the sidebar menu for quick switching between identities. Appearance Settings A new Theme setting lets you choose how the app looks: • Light Mode • Dark Mode • System Mode (matches your device settings) Video Upload You can now upload videos directly when creating a post, making it easier to share richer content. Display Badges User badges are now displayed using SVG icons, improving clarity and visual consistency across the app. Location on Posts Posts can now include location data, with the selected location submitted correctly during post creation.
