Two new Ranking categories.  Fixed the Ranking to show Points Totals instead of percentage Answered. Added Percent Correct and Percent of Total Points categories. Updated Team Main page to spilt between Admin and Members.  Admin does not have to go to an admin/setup page from the Team Member listing, they get a Team Feature Page and Members get a different Team Feature Page.   Fixed is a Join by Code error that was in the API and not the app itself.
