I’ve tracked calories on and off since 2012, and one of the biggest frustrations has always been how tedious it is to manually log foods when you have no idea what the nutrients are. I’ve tried a few different apps over the years, but none of them really felt like they solved that problem. Intake is incredibly smooth and user-friendly. I literally took a photo of my meal using the AI scan, and it broke EVERYTHING down for me. If you have any health or fitness goals at all, this app is a must-have. This is the first tracking app I’ve used that actually feels like a real upgrade from MyFitnessPal. The interface is cleaner, faster, and logging food takes way fewer steps, which makes a big difference if you track regularly. It feels like it was designed by someone who actually understands nutrition tracking the macros are clear, the search works well, and the whole experience is smoother. If you like tracking but hate the friction of older apps, this is a much better version of the same idea.
