2. ARTIST IMAGES
- Artist images are used solely for identification and attribution purposes, to help users identify the correct artist associated with song lyrics.
- Images are sourced from publicly available sources and are displayed at low resolution for reference only.
- Artists or rights holders can request removal at any time.
3. IN-APP REPORTING
- Every song page includes a "Report" button allowing users and rights holders to flag content for copyright infringement or other violations.
- Reports are reviewed by our admin team and infringing content is promptly removed.
4. USER SUBMISSION SAFEGUARDS
- When users contribute lyrics, they must acknowledge that the content is for educational purposes and that copyright belongs to the original creators.
- All user submissions go through an admin review/approval process before being published.
5. TAKEDOWN PROCESS
- Copyright holders can contact us via the app or website to request removal of any infringing content. We respond promptly to all takedown requests.
