A simple progress ring shows how close you are to your daily goal. Entries are grouped by meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. • Customizable Goal Set a daily fiber target that works for you. Choose anywhere from 10g to 60g. The default is 28g, based on nutrition guidelines. • Streak Tracking Stay motivated with streaks. See your current streak and your longest streak. Track how many days you've logged and how often you hit your goal. • Weekly Charts View your fiber intake over the past four weeks. A simple bar chart helps you spot trends and stay consistent. • Monthly Calendar See your progress by month. Each day shows a color based on how close you got to your goal.
