CALENDAR INTEGRATION
Connect directly to Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar with secure OAuth sign-in. Paste any ICS feed URL from Outlook.com, Apple Calendar, or other providers. Import appointments from a CSV or Excel file through the web dashboard. Or skip the calendar entirely and enter appointments by hand.
SMART FIELD TRAINING
Tap words in a sample event to teach the app your calendar format. It learns which parts are the case number, room, host, and attendees — then applies that to every event automatically.
WEB DASHBOARD
A real-time staff dashboard accessible from any browser. See today's schedule, monitor check-ins as they happen, check in visitors from your desk, import CSV files, and manage settings. Pairs with your kiosk using a simple 6-character code. No software to install.
BULLETIN BOARDS
Display today's schedule on lobby TVs. Horizontal and vertical layouts available. Six color themes. Auto-hides past appointments. Optional QR code overlay for mobile check-in.
QR MOBILE CHECK-IN
Visitors scan a QR code with their phone to check in without touching the kiosk. Works in all three modes. No app download required — opens in any mobile browser. Private cases show initials only.
CHECK-IN NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified the moment a visitor checks in. Choose from Built in Email for instant setup, Microsoft 365 email, Gmail, SMTP, or post directly to a Microsoft Teams channel. Three routing tiers: notify everyone, notify by staff name, or notify by location.

PRIVATE CASE TYPES
Configure case number prefixes that trigger privacy mode. Matching appointments display initials only with a lock icon — on the kiosk, bulletin boards, and QR check-in page.
MULTI-KIOSK SUPPORT
Run multiple iPads in the same building. Secondary kiosks pair with a primary using a 6-character code and inherit all appointments and configuration. Check-ins sync across all devices automatically through iCloud.
PRIVACY
Calendar Kiosk connects directly to your calendar provider. Check-in data syncs through iCloud (Apple CloudKit). No third-party analytics. No tracking.
SUBSCRIPTION
Calendar Kiosk requires a subscription after a 7-day free trial. Plans are based on the number of kiosk screens in use:
- Starter: $14.99/month or $139.99/year (1 screen)
- Double: $29.99/month (up to 2 screens)
- Small: $39.99/month (up to 3 screens)
- Medium: $59.99/month or $479.99/year (up to 5 screens)
- Large: $124.99/month (up to 10 screens)
Phone Companion, web dashboard, bulletin boards, and QR check-in are free and included with all plans.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
