How can I help you? In today's fast-paced life, do you feel constantly stressed? Do you want to monitor your stress levels to manage it? Do you want to understand your stress trends to better understand yourself? This product focuses on developing health-related data and providing you with data feedback. All our data comes from Apple Health, presenting your data in chart form so you can clearly understand your health status and trends. This product primarily provides stress-related data analysis and visualization, including real-time stress and HRV. Through these, you can better understand your stress levels and take better care of yourself. We also welcome your feedback. If you have any good chart analysis ideas or suggestions, we are happy to adopt them. This app is a general wellness application. All data within the app comes from Apple Health. It only provides trend-based health analytics. The app does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice. All health data is processed locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to any server. Core Functions: - Real-time Stress We will group your health data into 6-minute intervals, allowing you to view your stress level almost in real-time through charts. If you are under significant stress, we suggest you try mindfulness exercises to relieve stress. - Stress Alerts After your watch detects your HRV data and notifies us in the app, we will immediately notify you of your health status via push notification. Due to Apple's system rules, this alert may be slightly delayed in some cases. - Stress Trend Analysis We provide a core module that analyzes stress trends, offering multiple dimensions for data processing and displaying the data in charts. This module allows you to clearly understand your stress changes from weekly, monthly, and yearly perspectives. - Daily Analysis We provide a main module that analyzes data on a daily basis, allowing you to view details of each data item. We will also expand to include other health categories in future updates, so stay tuned. - User-Friendly Interface Design We offer simple and intuitive chart displays for quick and easy understanding of your health status. Subscriptions and Policies Premium members enjoy an auto-renewal option and unlock all features and content: - We offer weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription options, allowing you to choose the mode that best suits your needs.
