No way to edit without starting over

I tried several videos and it did ok. When you upgrade the video to HD it changes the video from the preview to totally different scenes. When trying to edit certain segments or scenes they charge you 1000 tokens and the changes are nothing like the original description. There is no way to tell the AI what you want to change, you have to basically start over and the tokens are just as much as the original cost in tokens. Not worth the money, you get what the AI thinks you should have even after carefully telling it what you want in detailed descriptions.

I tried several videos and it did ok. When you upgrade the video to HD it changes the video from the preview to totally different scenes. I purchased this app expecting a professional AI video generation experience based on what was advertised. The reality was completely different. The app ignored the scene prompts I carefully wrote, generating results that had nothing to do with the descriptions provided. Characters, settings and visual details were completely inconsistent with the instructions given.On top of that, the pricing structure is confusing and misleading. It is not clearly stated how much each video actually costs before you commit to paying, making it impossible to make an informed decision. I ended up paying a price that was in no way justified by the quality of the output received.I have requested a refund through Apple because this app did not deliver what it promised. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent AI video tool. Save your money and look for better options

I have never in my life had an experience with an app this frustrating and disappointing.I uploaded two detailed reference sheets showing the character from the front and side profiles, along with an extremely detailed prompt explaining exactly what I wanted. I’ve used other apps for similar work and never experienced this level of inconsistency.I specifically wanted to try this app because I was looking for something that could make lip-sync videos without requiring me to constantly redo and correct everything. Unfortunately, this app repeatedly fails to preserve the character’s face and identity. Instead of maintaining the reference, it completely changes the character’s appearance. At one point, the face looked almost animal-like, and the teeth were absolutely horrible.The editing feature is even worse. When you try to recreate or fix a section of a scene that isn’t right, the app often makes the problem worse. You can upload a reference image showing the exact character, setting, and composition you want, and the app will still completely change the scene. It doesn’t matter how detailed or specific the prompt is—the results are nothing like what was requested.I have tried this app multiple times, and honestly, I don’t know why I kept coming back hoping it would improve.For an app that is this expensive, the quality and consistency are nowhere near what I expected. I genuinely don’t understand what I’m paying for.If you’re considering downloading this app, I would strongly recommend researching other options first. Maybe some people are having success with it, but my experience has been absolutely terrible.I also wish there were a way to get a refund for the money I’ve spent, because getting that money back would honestly make my year.

The very least the app could do is give you a Preview of the video before purchasing because it was insane. How messed up the video was. I tried it again a second time and paid more money for a second video and still came out messed up. I decided to give it one more try for a third video but to do it a 2-D version and it still didn’t come out how I wanted it too. Whatever descriptions it comes up with is just not very helpful to actually visualize what you’re paying for before buying it.
