What is Currently?
Currently App was built to fill the missing piece of the Mood Journal experience. Powered by beautiful animations Currently allows users to track specific Items they want to be mindful of: like Daily Mood, Overall Health, Family, Work, Marriage, and more!
More than simply Mood logging, tracking specific Items allows for reflection on how you *felt* over time about that item.

How does it work?
Built with an emphasis on Personal and Mental Health Currently was built to leverage Apples State of Mind Framework, which allows Currently to write to your own Apple Healths data for historical and private safekeeping. Simply track an Item and any moods logged thereafter can be synced to Apple Health. Currently also has Integrated Apple Healths Mental Health Questionnaire which allows for assessment of current Anxiety & Depression risks (not a diagnosis).

- Customize Colors to better reflect how you feel
- Attach photos and text to Mood logs for rich reflection experiences

Privacy:
Currently was built privacy first. All data lives on device and personal iCloud account. No data is sent to 3rd parties *ever*. Apple Intelligence AI usage is on device only and user opt out, simply disable in app settings. Journal confidently with privacy and security peace of mind.
