Khasi (Sohra) added as a third app language alongside English and Hindi. Communication Basics goals, activities, milestones, and the v4 profiling wizard are fully translated for Khasi-speaking parents in Meghalaya. Switch via Profile → Language.
Bug fix: Post-wizard goal recommendations now correctly pre-select active goals in Hindi and Khasi (previously showed an empty list).
Localization polish: Child profile creation, home Learning Games button, and wizard summary headings now respect the selected language.
