During a session, a character named moku appears on screen. A small creature in a 3D room, breathing, walking quietly. Focus becomes "quiet time with moku," not restraint.

A Reading preset is included. Create your own modes freely: "Morning Study," "Deep Work," "Weekend Detox." Each mode assigns its own 3D room, so the view changes as you switch.

Darken the screen for deeper focus. Leave your phone still and moku sleeps. Move it, and moku wakes up startled. You don't want to wake them — so your hand naturally leaves the phone.

No other focus app offers this: an optional physical NFC device (a bookmark with a built-in NFC tag, sold separately). With it, ending a session requires tapping the device. If the device isn't in reach, you physically can't interrupt your focus.
moku works fully without the device. Every feature — blocking, character, lights-off, timer — runs on the app alone. The device is for those moments when willpower isn't enough.
