Here is how it works:
1. Choose the apps you want to interrupt.
2. Try to open one of them.
3. BrainPass gives you a fast brain challenge.
4. Answer correctly to unlock the app for a short session.
5. When the timer ends, the block comes back automatically.
BrainPass is designed to add a moment of intention, not shame. Instead of asking you to rely on willpower every time, it creates a small pause between impulse and action.
