Do you ever feel like time just disappears? You open your computer, do some things, and suddenly it's evening. Dual Timer is a small macOS app that helps you stay focused without interrupting your work.
Designed for people for whom a regular timer just does not work. Whether you are a PhD student, have ADHD, or simply want more structure in your day.
How it works
Two clocks side by side. The left one shows what time it is. The right one counts down your focus session. That simple.
Choose a duration, 5, 15, 30 or 45 minutes, and get to work. The last minute turns red so you can wrap up calmly. A gentle alarm lets you know when the session ends.
Your day, remembered
Dual Timer remembers everything. Every session is saved automatically, and at the end of the day you can see what you accomplished. A weekly and monthly overview is two clicks away.
Open the session log (Command L) to see your sessions with timestamps and durations, add notes to each session, rate them (good, cattastic or dogtastic, because why not), and export your log as a Markdown file for further reflection.

Small, but thoughtful
Dual Timer lives above your other windows, small and unobtrusive. It does not interrupt, but it is always there when you need it. Especially useful for people with ADHD and focus difficulties, but honestly, for anyone who wants to make better use of their time.
