You are a messenger of reason in a world flooded with fear and disinformation. Armed with Truth, Mercy, Justice, and Strategy, navigate 8 powerful challenges across history and the modern world — from a confused citizen reading hateful headlines in Washington, to a journalist pressured to run a fake story, to the final confrontation at the fortress of Khaybar.
YOUR FOUR WEAPONS:
- TRUTH: Counter false narratives with evidence and verified facts
- MERCY: Disarm fear with empathy and compassion
- JUSTICE: Appeal to rights, laws, and shared principles
- STRATEGY: Outmanoeuvre with wisdom and patience
8 LEVELS OF CHALLENGE:
1. The Town Square — A citizen clutches a sensationalist newspaper. Counter the lies before the Hard Heart wins.
2. Jerusalem — A kind Rabbi is wrongly condemned. Uncover the truth before Judas betrays everyone.
3. The Media Tower — A journalist is pressured to run a fake story. Help her see the truth.
4. The Parliament — Three undecided MPs must be convinced before the Hard Hearts buy their votes.
5. The Market — A young trader considers joining an exploitative businessman. Show him another way.
6. The Mosque — A community member in despair is being whispered to by a shadow agent.
7. The University — A Hard Heart professor spreads doubt. Challenge him before the student audience.
8. Khaybar — The Hard Hearts' last stronghold. Three phases. All Soft Hearts hang in the balance.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each scenario presents you with dialogue exchanges. Choose your response — Truth backed by evidence, Mercy with understanding, Justice on principle, or Strategy with wisdom. Win enough hearts to advance to the next challenge.
WHY IT MATTERS:
Islamophobia and disinformation are real forces that divide communities. Voices of Power equips players with the language, confidence, and tools to push back — not with anger, but with reason and empathy.
Developed by STEM University as an educational tool for students, educators, community organisations, and anyone who believes that truth — spoken with courage and compassion — can change the world.
