Was pretty skeptical going in, figured it’d be another AI gimmick over a basic food log. It’s not. The photo analysis is actually accurate (tested it against stuff I knew the macros on), the kitchen scan is genuinely useful for hitting the grocery store, and Coach Gains gives advice that’s specific enough to act on.I’m trying to put on size for my sport and hitting a real surplus every day is harder than it sounds, Coach Gains actually pushes me when I’m short on calories or protein instead of just logging the miss. First app that’s helped me stay on track with a bulk.Not perfect - would love an Apple Watch app eventually, but the core experience is way ahead of what’s out there. 5 stars.
