The Development Plan is the centre of the app. It is designed to be a living document that can be updated anytime. Last Reviewed updates automatically when the plan changes, helping you keep leadership development active rather than forgotten.
The One on Ones feature helps you plan and track regular conversations with the people you support. One on ones are not just status meetings. They are a practical way to build trust, understand what is really happening, strengthen accountability, and support development through regular follow-up.
