HOW IT WORKS
One promise. One cadence. One squad.
• Pick a workout you will do: strength, run, walk, cycle, yoga, swim.
• Pick how often: daily, or a few times a week.
• Commit out loud. Your squad sees the goal, the target, and every edit.
• Post a photo every time you do the work. No photo, no check-in.
The squad sees the post, cheers it, comments. They also see the streak on the leaderboard. They see if it breaks.

The number-one reason people quit a routine isn't the workouts. It's that nobody notices.
Rally makes noticing the product. Your squad watches. Your streak is public. Every goal edit is visible to the people holding you to it — you can tune the plan, but you can't quietly back off.

A NOTE ON PRIVACY
Your squad sees your posts and your streak. Nobody else. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, we don't build cross-app profiles of you. Rally never handles money, processes payments, routes donations, or accepts wagers of any kind — goals are personal commitments only. Deletion is one tap in Profile → Delete account.

• Tap to cheer on any post in the feed. Your post-author gets a push.
• New Weekly leaderboard — your place resets every Monday so a single missed day doesn't punish your rank.
• Push notifications when someone cheers, comments, or follows you. Tap a notification to land on the post.
• In-app banner when an update is downloading or ready to install.
• Default-squad onboarding — new accounts skip the create-or-join decision and land in the launch squad.
• Squad Pulse on the Squad tab — see who's posted today, this week, and over the last 30 days.
• Smaller polish: light-mode contrast, version + OTA info on the You tab, fewer onboarding dead-ends.
