QUICK LOGGING Tap preset cup sizes (250ml, 350ml, 500ml) to log water instantly. Track different drink types including tea, coffee, juice and more with Plus and Pro. DAILY PROGRESS A beautiful animated progress ring shows how close you are to your daily goal. Hit 50% for a halfway celebration. Reach 100% for a full goal celebration. STREAKS Build consecutive day streaks by meeting your goal daily. Protect your streak with streak freezes on Plus (3/month) and Pro (10/month) plans. CALENDAR VIEW See your hydration history at a glance. Green days mean goal met, partial days show how close you got. STATISTICS View your weekly and monthly hydration trends. Track your average intake, best streaks, and consistency over time. PERSONALISED GOALS Your daily water goal is calculated based on your body weight (33ml per kg).
