"Car back!" The phrase every cyclist knows. The warning yelled down the pace line. The thing you wish you'd heard before that pickup blew past your shoulder. BikeTalk shouts it for you. Pair any Bluetooth cycling radar and BikeTalk speaks approaching vehicles through your headphones. No beeps to decode. No screen to glance at. Just the words riders have been using since forever: "Car back, 80 feet." "2 cars, 60 feet." "Wicked fast!" "Clear." ONE RADAR. EVERY PHONE IN RANGE. This is the part no other app does. • Riding solo? Your radar, your phone, your callouts. • Riding with a partner or in a group? Only one rider needs to own a radar. Every other phone in Bluetooth range hears the same callouts — no pairing between phones, no setup. The rider at the front of the peloton has the radar; everyone behind hears every car. • Add the intercom and you can talk to each other too. BikeTalk listens to the radar's open Bluetooth broadcast — read-only, no configuration, no control. Any phone within range hears it. GROUP INTERCOM When you want to talk to your group, tap the mic or use your headphone's play/pause button. Multiple riders can speak at once — it's a conversation, not a walkie-talkie. Peer-to-peer over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (the same technology as AirDrop). No cell signal. No account. No server. ~60 metres line-of-sight. Hands-free. Works with AirPods, Shokz, bone conduction, helmet speakers, or any Bluetooth audio. DESIGNED FOR YOUR POCKET **BikeTalk is built to work from your pocket.** Drop your phone in your jersey, put on your headphones, and ride. Everything important comes through the audio — radar callouts, group chat, heart rate, time, weather. You don't need to look at your phone. If you do mount your phone on your bars, even better — the screen below is the bonus view. But it's not required. THE COCKPIT The main screen is everything you'd put on a bike computer, sized for glance-able reading at road speed: • Heart rate — pair any standard Bluetooth HR strap • Power and L/R balance — pair any standard Bluetooth power meter • Speed, location, weather, route home • Pass count, ride duration • Big numbers, dark UI, designed for sunlight and motion Phone on the bars or in your pocket. Either way, you're set. SUPPORTED RADARS Works with standard Bluetooth cycling radar tail lights, including RTL515, RVR315, RCT715, eRTL615, RearVue 820, and Bryton Gardia. CHOOSE YOUR VOICE • Boston Cop (default) — "Wicked fast!" • Boston Woman • Neutral default PRIVACY No account. No sign-up. No tracking. No analytics. No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. Audio between riders is peer-to-peer and never recorded. Free. Made by a cyclist in Boston who got tired of beeps. SAFETY NOTE This is a backup awareness layer. Always rely on your mirror, head-checks, and head unit display first. Privacy Policy: https://biketalk.app/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://biketalk.app/terms.html

- Race Guidance (beta) — opt-in spoken coaching that paces you to a target power and heart-rate band with simple "push / ease" cues, plus a projected finish time for your race. Turn it on in Settings → Race Guidance. - Sensor battery levels — see remaining battery for your heart-rate monitor and power meter. - In-app ride export — copy or share your ride data from Diagnostics → Ride Log. Improved - Headphone buttons are more reliable for mute (and starting/stopping a race), including when you connect headphones after opening the app. - Background ride tracking — GPS keeps recording with your phone pocketed and the screen off, so distance and route no longer freeze mid-ride. - Settings reorganized — Operating Mode (Demo / Running / Pro) and Race Guidance now have their own menus. - Power readouts round to the nearest 5 watts; pace and distance follow your Metric/Imperial setting. Fixed - "Alert on" can now be set to None.
